How long is the contract period?

The contract period is 12 months. The cancellation period is 28 days to the end of the contract.

At what interval is a payment due?

You can choose between monthly and annual debiting. If you pay annually, you will receive a 5% discount in the Basic Package and a 10% discount in the Premium Package.

Are these prices gross or net?

Since Comply is a B2B platform, we always assume net prices.

Can you sign an data processing contract?

At present we do not process any personal data of your clients. Nevertheless, we will be happy to sign an data processing contract if you wish.
